I have been busy--I had a job every day this week! It felt like the week went on forever, but all the teachers said that too, so I guess it wasn't just cuz I worked every day. Found out Tony Lucca is coming back to Jammin' Java on November 12th--I am so excited! I can't wait! He was so good before and he was the opening act. This time, it does not list him as opening so hopefully that means he will get paid and may have a longer set! I hope we stay this time and get pictures taken with him! He is so gorgeous!

I can't wait until my birthday! We are going to Bushwallers in Frederick, which is where I went for my 21st. They had pumpkin shooters then and I really hope they have them this time! They were DEEEELICIOUS! I have a shirt I MAY wear out that says "This is my costume" but I may want to wear something nicer. Yay, Halloween!!!!

It's a Saturday and Penn State did not play football today so it's been pretty boring...I have received 2 new messages in my guestbook on my website from people I don't know and I think that is exciting! One person was from Brazil...crazy!

To the person who sent me a private message: Sorry, I have not talked to them since I graduated from college in 2001! I haven't updated those pages in a long time...

Degrassi was soooo good last night! I cried twice--once when Marco was crying and Jimmy gave him a hug (Jimmy has now moved up my list of faves) and once when Mr. Simpson was talking to Emma about cancer. I wish Sean would be in more--but I guess I will get that request answered next week, when the episode will be based around Sean. He doesn't look like he will be a good guy. He apparently starts hanging out with a gang and he steals something. Makes me sad they are making him into a real bad boy. Alright...I'm gonna go find something to do...

I decided to write more today. I hate updating old sites I have on my website...It is such a pain. So I figure it is easier to just add things on this...I was checking out my concerts page and realized I am so behind! I have attended 4 *N SYNC concerts, an AMAZING Bon Jovi Concert, an Aerosmith concert, and the United We Stand concert. I think that is all I am missing. The Bon Jovi one, in case you couldn't tell, was the best show I have ever seen. Goo Goo Dolls opened for them and they did good. But when Bon Jovi came out, it all began! I only sat down for slow songs, because my feet hurt. I went with my friend/neighbor Jamie, and she wasn't even a Bon Jovi fan before the concert (she did like Goo though). She liked the concert too! Aerosmith put on a good performance as well, which I have heard they always do. The *N SYNC concerts kept getting better and better each time. The last one was the best, being that Tony Lucca opened! P. Diddy also opened, but I was busy getting Tony's autograph for most of it. I went to the first 3 with Cari (among other people) but the last she was in England for so she missed it and I went with Torrey and Frances (Hood Girls).

The United We Stand concert was the best I had been to until Bon Jovi, and still is a close second. I went with Cari only and we managed to get like 9th row floor seats!!! The best performances were delivered by *N SYNC, Aerosmith, Billy Gilman (though he only sang one song), Bette Midler, and P. Diddy. Like I said before, *N SYNC always seems to put on an amazing show, as does P. Diddy. This was my first time seeing Aerosmith and they did a great job. Billy's sound went out so he sang a cappella, which was just amazing. Whenever I hear that song now, I get chills! Bette...what can I say about that amazing woman? She was so good. We just heard tickets to her concert go on sale here tomorrow and so my mom, Cari and I are gonna try and get tickets. Cari and I just couldn't stop raving about her so...Oh back to *N SYNC, this guy sitting behind us was just blown away by their perforance. He was a big Aerosmith fan (and I guess that type of music) and he had no idea *N SYNC would do such a good job. It's nice to hear people who are not fans to actually complement them! Among other people I saw perform were: Backstreet Boys, O-Town (who I love--I was supposed to see them open for Britney but the show was postponed and couldn't go to new date), Carole King, Pink, Al Green, um um um...I can't think. Cari will probably tell me more...we did not stay late enough to see Mariah (who I can't stand), Destiny's Child (another of my least favorites), Goo Goo Dolls, and Michael Jackson. It was a good concert since it was such a mix of people and our seats were so good...but of course, Bon Jovi was better (have I said that yet?)...OK that is all...for now!

I went to visit my dad yesterday...NOT going into that one...but we went to the grocery store. In case you don't know, my dad moved to Greencastle, PA 2 months ago. It's really funny he moved to Greencastle, ya know. His grandmother's maiden name was Castle and...well, you know our last name. So he has decided when he has address labels, he will spell it "GreeneCastle". My dad...he can be so cheesy sometimes. Anyhoo, back to the grocery store. So, obviously, the cost of living in PA is much cheaper than this over priced place I like to call my home forever (see Germantown, below). They had bananas for 39 cents per pound! We don't have bananas that cheap! I didn't but any but wanna know what I did buy? CAFFEINE FREE MOUNTAIN DEW! What is this world coming to? Mountain Dew is the reason I can't have caffeine--I drank it every day for 2 years in high school, while having a headache every single one of those days. What are they gonna come up with next--caffeine free Jolt? That would be hilarious! We also got some amazing snacky foods...I was *uber* psyched!

So, Germantown. You may not have heard of it, but you should have. It is the second largest city in Maryland. But, of course, we are not incoporated yet so we don't count. There is a big push for incorporation, which I am all for, except I don't wanna spend more money on taxes. Isn't the area expensive enough? We have 80,000 people living here...the next city after us (the "official" #2) is Frederick and they have *only* 50,000 people. If you do know of Germantown, but have not been here in a few years, or even like one year, you would never recognize it. There is so much growth going on on a daily basis, it is ridiculous! I have lived here my entire life and it's just a whole different town. Come visit us in Germantown, and maybe move here, because we could use some more people...only 400,000 more to beat Baltimore...

So I figured I should write on here about my favorite music, in case anyone wants to know (if anyone reads this). I like all types of music but currently, my fave is of the "solo male songwriters who play instruments" kind. This includes Tony Lucca, my ABSOLUTE favorite! It also includes Matt Morris, Jason Mraz, John Mayer, and Josh Kelley, so far. I have heard of a few others, but they are not on my list...I have CDs for all of those listed and they are great. Most of you out there have probably not heard of Tony and Matt, or so you think. Both of them were on "The New Mickey Mouse Club". Tony is still really good friends with J.C., of *N SYNC. I got Matt's website link from Tony's website, and was even able to listen to Matt's CD online before I purchased it! I did so about 100 times (*slight exaggeration*). Tony and Matt were my faves when they were on MMC, so I was super psyched when I found out each were singing. I started listening to Tony music like 4 years ago. He opened for *N SYNC on the second leg of the Celebrity tour (spring 2002) and I just saw him perform at a small place in VA a few weeks ago. I only found out about Matt this summer. He helped write Kelly Clarkson's single "Miss Independent" with Christina and one of the songs on Matt's CD was cowritten by Justin Timberlake. You can find *free* Tony downloads all over the web. I guess that's all I feel like writing tonight...lata

OK, so I have this *unhealthy* obsession with "Degrassi: The Next Generation"! We got digital cable this summer and I saw something on listed as "Degrassi" so I decided to turn it on. I had watched like maybe 2 episodes of one of the older shows. I realized this show was a new version. I got immediately sucked in, and my sister loves it now too. "Degrassi:TNG" is going to get good this season. The first two seasons, which I have now seen all episodes from, were rather tame, compared to the originals, from what I have heard. But this season is gonna be *WOW*. Apparently, somehow, a lot of info leaked and I have read some stuff about the new season. Plus, now I feel I can have a crush on Daniel Clark, who plays Sean. He turned 18 yesterday! He is totally hot--especially when he wears that knit hat...oh my gawd!

I think I watch WAY too much television...and I told myself I was not going to watch new shows this year...not like that worked anyway. I started watching "Miss Match", "The O.C.", and "One Tree Hill" this year, but I can justify a little since two of my faves, "Dawson's Creek" and "Buffy" are both gone. My problems are with Thursday nights the most though...I have to see Survivor, CSI, Friends, and Will and Grace...and of course they have always been on at the same time. So I have always taped the NBC shows because back in college when Survivor started, my friend Sarah and I were told info after we taped the 1st finale and the 2nd premiere. So we decided we had to see them live so no one could spoil it for us.

Aw, the "Hood Old Days", as I like to call them now. I miss the dorm life! We would pick a room to watch specific shows in, which usually was Sarah's. We gathered bunches of us to watch shows...it was great. Oh, the stories I could tell about Memorial life. Unfortunately, guys are living on one floor of Memorial now, since Hood has gone coed on campus. We'll save the stories for another day...I was so glad my sister moved back home this year after graduating from PSU so I would have someone to watch more shows with, but she constantly watches shows in her room at night so she can go to sleep faster following them.

Can't wait for the new episodes of Degrassi to air Friday...til next time...

The people are still putting up our siding. It is driving me nuts. The other day, I was talking to Laura online. There was one guy outside the window by our computer and one guy at the front door. I felt trapped! Laura said I should put on a Jason mask, grab a chainsaw and just stand in the house where he could see me and hold it up in the air. That Laura! lol Cari, my sister, was really going mad yesterday. She went in the bathroom to take a shower and just screamed! She's keeps asking me if she can bang on the wall back at them. Hopefully they will finish tomorrow!

Last weekend, my mom, Cari, and I went to Penn State. It was my thrid game this season and the first one I went to that we lost. Very upsetting! It was homecoming weekend and we got to watch the parade, which I haven't been able to do in like 8 years or something. Later that night, we were on a street driving behind a float and a piece of the float fell off! Then these guys standing on the sidewalk came out and just picked up the piece! Never had an encounter at Penn State with such nice guys! Cari said there are nice guys who go there...but I hadn't seen them til then! We also had gone out to dinner earlier and I looked over at a nearby table and there was Amy Wynn Pastor from Trading Spaces. I knew she was a Penn State grad but that was exciting to see her so close up! Cari left her camera in the car...plus she was being bugged by a lot of people. OK, til next time...

I hate our governor! Now, I hate his wife too! She spoke at an anti-domestic violence convention at Hood Friday. She was quoted as saying if she could shoot Britney Spears, she would! I love Britney! Plus, seriously, there are much worse people in the entertainment biz than Brit! Christina dresses much worse...and Eminem's attitude is terrible! I can't stand them...Mrs. Ehrlich's rep said she used a figure of speach b/c of having a 4 year old at home that would be influenced. OH, PLEASE!!!!

wow! I am starting something new! This is crazy...bet no one will read this...we'll see! If you are reading this, thanks. Check back soon, I will have more entries! In the meantime, check out my website!
