Went next door tonight to show Marcia my fun record bowls (melted a record in the oven and it's now a bowl) and stayed for 3 hours talking to Jamie. We talked about all sorts of stuff, including elementary school. Totally blanking on who Cari's 6th grade teacher was...
My cat is evil. As if we didn't already have enough stories. She scratched up Cari's foot a few days ago. She scratched up mine last night. She hasn't done this before so I don't know what's going on now--maybe in her old age, she is finally able to remember things that happen, such as us stepping on her, and now she lives in fear. I was walking by her and I guess she thought I would step on her so she went crazy. She left her nail in me, actually. I had to pry it out. Kinda yucky. My foot has 9 dots or scratches from her now. It looks terrible. Then, starting after work today, I got pain throughout my foot. On the inside. Through 2 of my toes. It's awfully painful. I keep massaging it to make it better but it doesn't work.
We are off to Capon tomorrow. Won't be back until Tuesday. Happy blogging and I'll see you all when I get back.

Cari is home. She has a bunch of things to do today and since she has no car, I am driving. Jamie is coming along too. Yay...
UPDATE: Henin Hardenne lost, 7-5, 6-4. Mauresmo won 6-0, 4-6, 6-1.

The snake disappeared before Jamie got over. She went with me to the store and then came over to play Nasty Canasty, which feels like it's been forever since the last time. We listened to the new Avril and Tamyra CDs I bought, which were good. She beat me (made me go negative in the last hand!) and she went home yawning.
Tonight is Pizzeria Uno's with dad, Eric, Cari, and mom in Frederick. I think I remember having a salad there I liked, which is why I said we could go there (Cari loves the place). We're basically meeting in Frederick to get Cari from dad. It's a nice happy medium place. Dad always wants to go to Olive Garden so that was his choice and I almost said yes (OK I did say yes) but changed my mind when I thought about last time we went to Pizzeria Uno.
I better go watch yesterday's GH, which I fell asleep during, so I can watch todays.
I was just on the phone with Cari. I was walking around the house and got to the living room and looked out the window and THERE IS A SNAKE ON THE DRIVEWAY. I flipped out. Jamie told me yesterday that her mom found one in the grass while mowing so I know it has to be the same one. So, I called Jamie immediately. I was about to leave the house to go to the store and now this has me trapped inside and I can't even get myself to look out the window to see if it's gone. Jamie says she is going to come over and check it out. She was going to be busy today but she's not so she might go to the store with me and protect me from the snake. I refuse to walk through the grass from now on...

In the stereo:Debbie Gibson, Richard Marx, The Bangles, Monster Ballads II and Avril on shuffle
So, I just read that my US Rep voted FOR the war. This pisses me off in many ways. The biggest way though is cuz he's our rep. Before the last election, the lines for reps were by counties. Last election, it changed and our county is now divided into 3 different districts. The north most bit is in the area with Frederick, Washington, Allegany, Garrett counties. Our area is in a strip up and down the west part of the county and into PG County. Part of Germantown (such as where Jodi lives, 2 miles away) is in the same district as we used to be in, with a bit of the western part of PG County. We used to have a great rep, she was Republican but she was left-leaning and she had been there for forever. They redistricted basically to get her out and get in more Democrats. So, she lost the last election to a Democrat. He seems OK and all but she was good too. And our rep was the incumbent so he won anyway. I am sure the little bit of MoCo that is with the northern part has a republican, knowing them. Hey, maybe that's what Roscoe Bartlett is. I can't remember if he's a US Rep. Anyway, he's an ass. I still remember senior year in college, a classmate of mine (in Education)'s husband ran for the Dem seat against Bartlett and lost. He also ran again last election and lost. And I remember last election driving down I70 to Penn State and seeing a Barn whose roof was covered in a huge sign that said "Bartlett" and it was up until like February. Damn Republicans...
It pains me that I really like Avril's music. I swear she has to be one of the dumbest people out there. Some show is on MTV now and just listening to her talk she sounds ridiculous. I saw her being interviewed the other day and felt the same thing. She actually seems dumber than Jessica Simpson, in general. Of course, Jessica has her moments but I think maybe overall Avril is dumber.
Just my thoughts for the day...
I added some puzzle thing on my blog that may not show up until you scroll to the bottom. I looked at it and a few on the website and they're super hard. We'll see how long I leave it there.

"I was like, good gracious ass is bodacious"
So, it is super hot right now. I had decided not to go out of the house today. But I called next door and Marcia said Jamie was out on the hammock so I went out to see her. Didn't stay long--she came in with me. Right now, it is almost 7 o'clock and it's still 87 degrees.
I just made some meatball and macaroni soup that was just OK and some tiramisu that was phenominal (did I spell that right?). Yes, Cari, we will save you a piece only cuz I'm nice, cuz I could totally eat it all up right now.
Alias finale tonight--woohoo!
Did I mention on here how Cari's car broke down? She called me about 20 minutes after she left for work Friday and her car wouldn't accelerate. So, mom drove her to work and she is staying with dad until Tuesday, cuz she works 5 days in a row and it's about 10 minutes from dad's house. He offered to drive her back and forth to work.
Saw Megan today. She lives on Market now. With James. It's right by 6th street. So we were hungry and walked down Market and eventually got to some new place called "Canal" practically at the end of "downtown". It was cute, had a bar and tables. I got a nacho salad that was really good and I was super full. She wanted to go to Rita's, which I have wanted to go to for forever (I haven't been in 3-4 years and we passed them in Pa). So we walked back to her house and went in for a few minutes and then drove to Rita's. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Then we went shopping. Big mistake. I shouldn't like ever shop--it costs money. I did buy my dad a Father's Day gift (a gel candle inside a bigger short vase thing with a Nittany Lion in it. There were tons of Maryland Terrapins and ONE Penn State one so I felt it was fate, though it was expensive). But, otherwise, I spent way too much money on stuff I don't absolutely need. I blamed Megan. Then we were hungry (it was 6:30) so we went to Cracker Barrel, which I love. And again, I was so stuffed after and I didn't finish my food. So I drove her home and came home. I went to see Jamie and we chatted for a bit. And now I am dead tired and my legs are achy. I think I will take some Tylenol PM and hope I sleep past 8. G'night.

So, we can hear the cicadas now but haven't seen any yet. The noise is definitely coming from the woods by the lake, and since people say they like the woods, it's not surprising. Maybe this means we won't get many by the house. It sounds like a freakin Alien spaceship, which you know I have heard before so I must know what it sounds like.
Daytime Emmy's were last night. I know I'm superstitious but listen to this--every award I watched, no GH people won. But each award that I listened to but didn't watch, a GH person won. Kinda freaky, no? So GH won all the actor categories--younger, supporting and lead. I totally think our lead actress was ROBBED. And I don't necessarily think Anthony Geary should have won for lead actor, since he isn't there but like 6 months out of the year, though I do love him. I also say that the younger actress on All My Children was robbed. I don't actually watch the show but since I read Soaps In Depth, I know she has done fantastic work this year and her character has gone through a lot. Plus, the girl who did win younger actress has now won 3 years in a row. I don't think that's fair. I know a GH person was up for the award and I wouldn't have minded if she won but the AMC girl should have.
ANYWAY...showertime (which Cari says is like Hammertime but different)

"rainy nights in Georgia, Kentucky rain, here comes that rainy day feeling again"
it just began to rain. I hope Jamie can get in OK. I know Cari came in late 2 years ago, and we didn't find out about the delay until we had been waiting for over an hour. Shit, now there's thunder. It sounds bad. I did a search of flights, cuz I am not sure which is hers, but from what I found, I don't think her plane has left yet. She, I believe, has a layover in Munich and she may be on her way there but I don't think the plane is supposed to leave Munich until 11 something our time. Wait, that can't be right. 8 hour flight, in at 3:30, that would mean she leaves there by 7:30. Shit. OK, blogging to myself now. So, I guess that does mean she should be in the air. I guess it will just be a question of will she land here or somewhere else.
Amy and Sarah, who were your big sisses? I was thinking about it, I don't know why, and I am blanking out. I think, Sarah, yours was in another dorm but maybe I'm crazy. Hmmm...
UPDATE: It has been sunny for a few hours now. Jamie's flight is running 15 minutes early, based on take-off. The winds could push it along and she could get here even earlier! Yay! See ya later.
Off to make Jamie a jello pie thing...it better be yummy! Then, I may try to sleep a little more:)
"And she can watch over you with her Care Bear stare" --Seth
So, not only did ABC make me angry with Alias, but Fox has now said that The O.C. won't be back til January. Are you kidding me? This is nuts. Plus, they are moving it to FRIDAYS. Dag nabbit. I know what this means. I won't have things to watch so I will get sucked into new shows and come January, I will have way too many shows to watch (since, also, American Idol will start then). AAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Don't forget to write in the chatterbox on the right and down a little! Also, Amy, guess on my lyrics! Cari actually couldn't get it until I sang those words to the tune. Then, she was like "of course".

"When I look through the pages of a magazine, still your pretty face is the prettiest I've seen"
In the stereo: it's a secret
Cari CANNOT guess this quote. I picked it specifically cuz I was hoping Amy would get it.
Jamie's home tomorrow! Yay!
I am seeing Megan Saturday, most likely. I'm excited. I don't have a boring weekend planned:)

I posted a "chatterbox" to the right. Let's see if you guys wanna chat on this. It might be easier than comments even. I like it:)
In honor of Gwyneth's baby, Apple
***************
Just read this article on MSN. It lists the top ten worst baby names celebs have used. Here's the list, along with "dishonorable mentions":
10. Rumer Glenn, Tallulah Belle and Scout LaRue, daughters of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore
9. Jett, son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston
8. Diezel and Denim, sons of Toni Braxton and Keri Lewis
7. Prince Michael, Prince Michael II (AKA Blanket), and Paris Michael, children of Michael Jackson
6. Speck Wildhorse and Hud, sons of John Mellencamp and Elaine Irwin
5. Pilot Inspektor, son of Jason Lee and Beth Riesgraf
4. Tu Morrow, daughter of Rob Morrow and Debbon Ayre (seriously)
3. Audio Science, son of Shannyn Sossamon and Dallas Clayton
2. Moon Unit, Ahmet Emuukha Rodan, Dweezil, and Diva, children of Frank Zappa
1. Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily, Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossom, and Pixie, daughters of the late Paula Yates (Tiger Lily's dad is the late Michael Hutchence; Bob Geldof is father to the other three)
Dishonorable Mention: Zowie (son of David Bowie -- he later changed his name to Joe before settling on Duncan); Elijah Bob Patricius Guggi Q (son of Bono), Banjo (son of Rachel Griffiths), Jaz (daughter of Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf), Romeo and Brooklyn (sons of Victoria and David Beckham), Aurelius (son of Elle Macpherson), Lyric and Zephyr (daughter and son of Robby Benson), Hopper (son of Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn), Kyd (son of David Duchovny and Tea Leoni), Reignbeau and Freedom (son and daughter of Ving Rhames), and (gulp) Jermajesty (son of Jermaine Jackson).
#6, 5, and 3 have got to be the worst. I also think some of the "dishonorable mentions" are worse than those in the top ten (*cough*Ving Rhames*cough*Jermaine*cough*)

I like the new Avril song a lot.
So I changed my links to pinkish, even though I don't like it. Hopefully Amy can see them. I tried a few others, including a different green but then the links disappeared for me. I also tried black but it was kinda ugly. Let me know if you can see them.
My arms are itchy. I must have gotten sun today. I didn't think it was that sunny but I know...you can still get sun when it's shady.

I had a job today! Felt like forever ago that I had one. By going in today, though, I got 3 more jobs plus people asking for days I have jobs (which is only a total of four days--how frustrating).
The kids said they had a cicada in the classroom (in a container) last week. Molly let it go though so it was not there today. So, I still have yet to see one. Apparently, they are prevalent in Rockville. Maybe that's where that one came from cuz Molly lives down county. I haven't heard anyone say they have found any in Germantown or Gaithersburg. It's killing me how much buildup there has been and I still haven't seen them. I know I don't want to see them but it'd be nice if they came already so I would stop worrying about when they will be coming.
I need to figure out how to change my links so Amy can see them...I'll try now and, Amy, let me know...

My inner child is sixteen years old!
Life's not fair! It's never been fair, but while adults might just accept that, I know something's gotta change. And it's gonna change, just as soon as I become an adult and get some power of my own.
How Old is Your Inner Child?

You're My Little Pony!! Sweet and innocent and happy, you make people want to spew burrito chunks. Even a Care Bear could kick your ass.
What childhood toy from the 80s are you?

Someone needs to inform me what is wrong with my links because I see nothing wrong. On my screen, they are dark green, as opposed to my reddish purple background, so I can see them fine. Are they totally invisible? If you place the mouse cursor over them, can you see the title pop up or the link name show up or anything? What's going on? Is anyone else having this problem besides Amy?

"Lazy days I’m in a hazy faze of watching countless ways in which my life goes crazy"
So happy Rupert won the other $1 million on Survivor.
7 days...then Jamie's here! Yay!
Got an email from the people at Matt Morris's sticker campaign. They apologized for taking so long (people were on vacation) and said my pics were great and they will be on the site this weekend. I'll let you know--this is exciting! Now I need to scan others to send in...I have one of a "Mt. Morris Library" sign with a Matt sticker. That one is my favorite:)

Anyway, I brought the Worry Stones CD in and showed it to those who knew Tim. Wanda wants to go see a show sometime. She saw his old band back 8 years ago. She says she doesn't remember what that band was like but I would think if it was bad, she would remember and wouldn't want to go now. I hope they have dates nearby soon!
You are: The Sonnet
Deliberate Gentle Love Dreamer (DGLDf)
Romantic, hopeful, and composed. You are the Sonnet. Get it? Composed?
Sonnets want Love and have high ideals about it. They're conscientious people, caring & careful. You yourself have deep convictions, and you devote a lot of thought to romance and what it should be. This will frighten away most potential mates, but that's okay, because you're very choosy with your affections anyway. You'd absolutely refuse to date someone dumber than you, for instance.
Your exact opposite:
Genghis Khunt
Random Brutal Sex Master
Lovers who share your idealized perspective, or who are at least willing to totally throw themselves into a relationship, will be very, very happy with you. And you with them. You're already selfless and compassionate, and with the right partner, there's no doubt you can be sensual, even adventurously so.
You probably have lots of female friends, and they have a special soft spot for you. Babies do, too, at the tippy-top of their baby skulls.
ALWAYS AVOID: The 5-Night Stand, The False Messiah, The Hornivore, The Last Man on Earth
CONSIDER: The Loverboy
OK, I went to Curves this morning. I still feel achy like yesterday (maybe I pulled something at Curves on Monday). It is so hot outside. I want to go shopping for something to wear tomorrow night (when we go see JC in Philly) but I don't know if I can stand the heat. I just don't want to end up going in jeans, which is what I will probably do if I don't shop...OK, I will try to leave...we'll see what happens.

The rankings are based on whether states have adopted 67 "key women's health policies." The only one of these met by all the states is Medicaid coverage for breast and cervical cancer. Only three states -- New York, California, and Rhode Island -- met more than half of these policy goals. Idaho, South Dakota, and Mississippi met the fewest.
State-by-State Rankings on Women's Health
Here are the state-by-state rankings, in rank order:
Minnesota
Massachusetts
Vermont
Connecticut
New Hampshire
Hawaii
Colorado
Utah
Maine
Washington
Rhode Island
Arizona
Iowa
North Dakota
Maryland
Oregon
Montana
New Jersey
Nebraska
California
Florida
Kansas
Wisconsin
Delaware
Alaska
Virginia
South Dakota
Wyoming
New York
Idaho
Pennsylvania
Michigan
Nevada
Georgia
Missouri
Ohio
New Mexico
North Carolina
Illinois
South Carolina
Indiana
Tennessee
Kentucky
District of Columbia
Alabama
Texas
Oklahoma
West Virginia
Arkansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Major components of the rankings are based on:
Access to health insurance. Nationwide, 18% of women are uninsured. This ranges from 8% in Minnesota to a whopping 28% (more than one in four women) in Texas.
Requiring insurance to pay for tests such as mammograms, pap smears, and colorectal cancer screening.
Access to reproductive services such as contraception, emergency contraception, and abortion.
Economic security issues such as minimum wage, paid family leave, and child support.
"F" grades on the groups' national report card goes to six states: Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, West Virginia, Oklahoma, and Texas.
"Satisfactory minus" grades -- meaning not quite satisfactory but not unsatisfactory -- go to eight states: Minnesota, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah.
All other states get an "unsatisfactory" rating.
Yay, Maryland is #15!
I have been watching MTV for hours now cuz they actually are showing videos most of the day. I really want the Britney video on tape. Cari JUST informed me she now remembers hearing they no longer play it during the day. Dammit...anyway, what they do see to play is D12, Jessica Simpson, Christina Milian, and Usher and a whole lot of them. As in, the same damn videos each hour. It's very annoying. I swear I have seen D12 4 times in like 15 hours and Jessica 3 times (hers is just today). Why can't I see frickin variety?????
Update: I was sitting here reading peoples blogs after typing in mine and the Britney video came on! Cari was wrong! But, because I was distracted, I forgot to go in my room 15 minutes ago and have the tape continue to record in case the video came on. So, I missed taping it by about 10 minutes. Dag nabbit...

I would post a title with Worry Stones lyrics but no one would get them...Anyway, I just wrote Tim an email. I had been working up to it for weeks. Now, it is done.
Jamie has left Italy. She is touring Europe with her dad til May 20th. She comes home on the 21st. I absolutely can't wait. I miss her so much! Yay, I can't wait to have another great summer!
Anyone notice how you can have comments through blogger now? It seems easy...but I JUST changed my links and I like them...so I am sticking with Haloscan, at least for now (I can't figure out if you can change the links for blogger comments based on how many comments there are)
Update: OK, I added the blogger comments, but I am keeping Haloscan for now too. Feel free to use either. I will re-evaluate in a few days.
This may be a long story but stick with me. Friday, my mom had the junior banquet at school. She is co-junior sponsors with a lady my age. The other lady, Becky, is fabulous--only met her a handful of times but she's so nice and my mom loves her. Anyway, there was dancing on Friday night at the banquet. Apparently, 4 young teachers (including a girl who went to high school with me and Cari, between us in grade) came, uninvited, and ended up dancing with the students. Someone came up to my mom and said they thought the girls were acting inappropriately. My mom went to the administration, who were dealing with a bigger issue at the time (alcohol) but was told she should talk to the ladies. So, my mom went over to talk to them about it and asked them not to dance with the students.
My mom got in this morning to find an email from the teacher that went to our high school. It was VERY MEAN, saying she felt like mom was singling them out because they were young (and basically attractive, though that wasn't said, it was implied). She also said the administration did not tell mom to go to them! Like my mom would lie! I read the email from the girl and Cari and I are PISSED OFF. How dare this girl talk to my mom that way. She also brought in stuff about how much she dedicates herself to the job, making it seem she is implying my mom doesn't.
Well, my mom responded, apologizing for the WAY she said things but never apologizing for saying them. My mom was very nice through the whole email (which I read too). Becky said mom should have been meaner about it (and Becky is around the same age as the ladies so that is why I mention her). Cari and I just can't believe this girl had the nerve to say this to our mother. Cari says she wants to kick her scrawny ass (ok, I added the scrawny part). I don't want to copy the email here cuz that's just be wrong but you can imagine. Now I'm gonna make myself have a headache in frustration over this...

"I'm not go'n give up, I'm not go'n stop, I'm go'n work harder"
Well, I had heard Survivor was going to come down to Rob vs. Amber, with Amber prevailing but I had hoped it wasn't true. Man, he tries so hard for attention, with the marriage proposal and all. I can't stand the guy. But, the twist is America can vote for a second one of the cast members to win a million dollars. Here's hoping it's Rupert (I already voted twice!)!!!
Off to bed...til tomorrow...

"Late at night when you're not sleeping and moonlight falls across your floor"
Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Long day. I had to stand on the way on the field trip. One bus came but we needed two, so we sqeezed 3 classes on one bus with 2 teachers (me included) and one male chaperone standing. I got nauseous. I was able to talk to kids in a class I haven't subbed in. The teacher had called me once but I was busy the days he needed. Most of the kids I talked to I had subbed in their classes years before. They were all very nice so I am kinda upset I never subbed in their class. The teacher is the type of person that takes a lot of warming up to until you see the real them. Until this year, he was pretty cold to me, not mean but just like ignoring. But this year, he talks to me and smiles in the hallway. Much better when someone treats you like that...
Anyway, a girl came in this morning and told me her mom said she wasn't allowed to go anymore. I trusted her and I probably shouldn't have. After talking to the secretary, I have all this anxiety over my bad decision of not having the office call her mom to verify. I always dwell over some things I have done. I still shudder about something I said to someone in 7th grade! I remember having bad anxiety when I told a kid "shut up" 2 years ago. I was long-terming in the 4/5 class and this one kid was driving me crazy. Lori assured me he totally deserved it but I just couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks. I was afraid he would tell his mom and I would get in trouble. I am so afraid of getting in trouble for stuff...I thought I wouldn't worry about being in trouble after high school!
Then, as if I didn't feel bad after school, I was driving home and someone cut me off. They were in a lane that only turned right and he/she went straight, having to get in my lane, which after the intersection is the right-most lane. I had to slam on my brakes and honked my horn loud but I really wanted to flick them off. I would have, 'cept there was a cop next to me. Of course he didn't do anything about the person who cut me off. So, after this happened, I cried. I don't know what is wrong with me, why that would make me cry. I have never cried when someone has cut me off. I don't know...
I keep wondering if I should write an email to Tim (the Worry Stones guy). I don't know what I would say cuz "Remember me?" sounds so...dumb. Hmmm...
Mom just came home and asked if we had seen the gas prices. This damn world is getting crazy...the cheapest we have in our area is now up to $2.01, with the most expensive in Gtown being $2.08 (for the cheap gas). Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

"cheese on my shoulder"
I got my Worry Stones CDs in the mail today. I also bought a Worry Stones t-shirt that says "...too drunk to drive" on the back. And I got the new Evan and Jaron CD. I remember senior year when their one song was popular and Denise LOVED them. I tried to win tickets to see them through the radio station and I would have taken Denise...but I didn't win. Anyone remember when I won the passes for 4 to see Josie and The Pussycats? And I couldn't go cuz there was something going on at Hood that night? The ONE time I ever won anything on the radio...Anyway, the package came with a sample CD of "Radford", which seems to be a band and they sound very good. This is the first sample CD I have ever gotten that I actually liked the people on it.
I also got my other package today containing a Matt Morris t-shirt and bumper sticker. I need to stop spending money. Speaking of spending money, I also bought a "Jello Collection" cookbook today. Retail price $30, I got it for $7.50!
I can't wait to go to Capon.
Lori got to work late today so I was alone with the kids until 10:30 (Sheila called me last night to say she was still in Vegas, could I come in for her?). I am not mad though--it's just so weird that she called me at 8 and said she was on her way. I just can't ever get mad at Lori.
I am going on a field trip tomorrow with the class I subbed in last week 2 days. Hopefully the kids will be alright. I talked to the teacher today. He said he had a powwow with the boys about behavior and they wrote me letters, which he said aren't good grammatically or spelling-wise. How sweet! Can't wait to see tomorrow...Alright, my back hurts again...

"And brought it back to the nest singing microphone check"
I can't seem to make any comments. Amy, I was trying to comment about JEJ: you made him laugh? I wrote that blog especially for you, cuz when I hear him I think of you :) Also, in reference to your post, the KKK is from Emmitsburg? I always heard the grand wizard or whatever lived in Thurmont, which is north of Frederick, in case you don't know. Thurmont has a color fest or something every year and Jodi was going last year and I told her to watch out for the KKK. Amy, you do realize now we will both have searches at the top of our blogs for the KKK.
Made a CD of the songs I could get off the site for the Worry Stones. Been listening to them today. I like em...I did order the CDs but I couldn't wait longer to hear them in my car. Heehee...

Speaking of Lori, we dressed alike today. We both wore gray pants and light blue shirts. We both had on terry zipper hoodies (in different colors, though). It was very weird!
Anyone watch Cold Case? I like the show. It's about old unsolved death cases that they solve. They always play music from the time when the death happened. Last night, they played "Machinehead" by Bush so I was super excited!!!! Last night, though, was the first time they played music not from the exact year. The year was 1999 and Machinehead was released in like 96 and another song they played was released in like 2001. But, the lyrics related to the story. They played the "breathe in breathe out" part mostly, and they were showing kids swimming at a military academy and the teacher person was making them stay above water. Anyway, it's a good show.
I also watched Alias last night. Man, is that show good. Lauren is such a bitch. Love it, love it!

"all my car got leather and wood"
Watched "Pieces of April" last night. Didn't like it...I kinda assumed it wouldn't be my type of movie but I love Katie Holmes so I wanted to see. I know the actors in it are good but this movie proved otherwise. I didn't think they did a good job. The girl who played her sister, who I haven't seen before, was the worst. So bad...
OK, my head hurts so I am going away from the computer again...
